Reclaim Radiance

From Rock Bottom to Radiant Truth

A Decade of Devotion

The ten years that followed were not about “fixing” herself.

They were about reclaiming herself — body, voice, womb, and soul.

Amy stepped away from conventional healing frameworks and devoted herself to a disciplined path of spiritual and embodied transformation.

Her journey led her through deep initiations including:

• Somatic healing and trauma alchemy
• Meditation and devotional prayer
• Plant medicine ceremony
• Yogic and tantric philosophy
• Ayurveda and purification practices
• Kabbalistic and mystical teachings
• The Gene Keys and archetypal self-inquiry

Through these traditions she came to understand a truth that now forms the foundation of her work:

The body is the temple through which the soul awakens.

When the body becomes clear, regulated, nourished, and aligned with natural rhythms, consciousness itself transforms.

Temple of the Body

This understanding eventually became Temple of the Body, Amy’s central body of work.

Temple of the Body teaches that spiritual awakening is not separate from digestion, nervous system regulation, sensory clarity, lifestyle rhythm, or the identities we unconsciously inhabit.

Through purification, devotion, and embodied practice, women begin to clear not only physical and emotional stagnation, but the outdated identities and subconscious patterns that shape how they experience life.

As the body stabilizes and the nervous system settles, a deeper coherence begins to emerge — allowing a woman to return to her natural state of clarity, vitality, intuition, and inner authority.

Amy guides women through seasonal purification journeys, retreats, and private mentorships designed to restore the body as a clear vessel for life force while supporting the refinement of identity so that who they know themselves to be becomes aligned with the truth of who they are.

About Amy Ray

Amy Ray is an embodiment guide, ceremonialist, and founder of Temple of the Body, devoted to helping women restore the body as a clear and radiant vessel for the soul.

Her work is rooted in a simple yet profound understanding: awakening is not achieved by transcending the body — but by refining it.

Through the integration of Ayurveda, yogic philosophy, mystical Christianity, Kabbalah, Gene Keys, Somatic Therapy, and ceremonial healing traditions, Amy guides women through deep processes of purification, embodiment, and identity restoration so they may live from the truth of who they are.

But Amy did not arrive at this work through theory.

It was born through fire.

Her life was the Initiation.

The Descent

You wouldn’t know it by meeting her today, but over a decade ago Amy was trapped in addiction, shame, and profound self-hatred.

Some of her earliest memories were filled with a quiet sense that she did not belong in this world — a longing for escape that eventually manifested in years of addiction and self-destruction.

Rehabs.
Jail cells.
Institutions.

She searched everywhere for relief from the suffering within.

Until September of 2014, when Amy attempted to end her life.

But what happened next changed everything.

In what she now understands as a near-death experience, she encountered a presence of overwhelming compassion — what she describes as the Divine Mother.

Not a punishing God.
But a love so fierce and unconditional that it shattered the belief that she was broken.

In that moment she heard words that would reshape the course of her life:

You are not broken.
You are not alone.
Your pain is holy.
And your life has purpose.

That night she was given a second life.

And the long journey home began.

Mission Statment

I am here to walk with women through their own death–rebirth thresholds.

To midwife the return to sovereignty.
To help purify the identities that were shaped by pain, conditioning, and survival — so that what is true beneath them can finally emerge.

Through Temple of the Body, I guide women in restoring the body as a clear vessel for life force, intuition, and truth. As the nervous system stabilizes and the body comes back into rhythm, something deeper begins to unfold — a quiet but profound restoration of identity.

The woman beneath the coping patterns.
The voice beneath the conditioning.
The sovereign self that has always been there.

My work lives at the intersection of embodiment, devotion, and identity transformation.

Whether I am speaking on stage, sitting in sacred circle, or guiding a private mentorship, my voice carries the frequency of lived devotion — the knowing that liberation is not something we perform or achieve, but something we remember and embody.

This is what I speak to...

Worthiness as your birthright — not something to earn
Purifying inherited and conditioned identities that obscure your true nature
The Divine Mother as a portal to healing, softness, and home
The Divine Father as restoration of truth, clarity, and inner structure
Alchemizing suffering into sovereignty
The Gene Keys as a map of your soul’s divine pattern
Embodiment and purification as pathways to spiritual awakening
Voice and creative expression as oracular gifts
The body as temple — a sacred instrument of leadership, intuition, and devotion

Today, I speak and teach to help others remember what I was shown:
That your suffering is not your shame—it’s your initiation.
That you are not here to be fixed—you are here to be revealed.
And that Heaven is not far away—it is within you, waiting to be reclaimed.

Whether I’m speaking on stage, on a podcast, or in sacred circle, my mission is to ignite remembrance, reflect truth, and offer vision—a vision of the world we’re here to co-create when we return to the God within.
